* Preparing a job estimate is not an exact science. Our initial estimate and provided contract will be based on some assumptions about the condition of the land, based on our review of aerial images and/or deeds furnished and our years of experience. If we see any major issues upon closer inspection of the property that will prevent us from meeting our estimated fees, we will immediately notify you and negotiate a fee sufficient to complete the work. If we are not able to negotiate a mutually agreeable fee, we will gladly return any retainer that has been paid.
